Awbury Arboretum: Winter Walks with the Awbury Wellness Team

The Awbury Wellness Team would like to invite you to a weekly hour of winter walking on Mondays starting on January 4th. Please park and meet at the entrance to The Farm at Awbury (6336 Ardleigh Street) at 7:00 am.
Mask up, wear sturdy shoes, dress in layers, and let’s take a walk together and get to know our Awbury community! There is no cost to this event, but donations are welcome. No registration is required. Each week we will offer a theme: how to deal with stress, the history of Awbury, the birds of Awbury, etc. We will be keeping a safe but welcoming distance from one another. Winter Wellness walks will be led by Megan Do Nascimento, a yoga instructor known for her outgoing personality and inclusive teaching style.
